Ask your mind what It's demand, ask your heart what it wants to listen. Sometimes  you have to listen your heart than your mind!

 Who controls you over your daily life!

Actually you have nothing to do with yourself unless the body receive a signal from brain which dont spread throughout your body first it first land in your heart! Filters emotions & rations then run it into your vein!

You become emotional, you get angry. How enzyme  break into pieces while stepping out to make you become emotional or Anger!

In practical world when you make a decision,  say it’s a buying decision. The real time buying and online buying decision are always not the same!

We shall call it by a name while we take the decision to buy from online shop 

The behaviour towards to buy a product or service from online varies by characters, demographic and cultural actions!

A person take a buying decision from online is always differs with a person buys in UK or USA.

The first world has all those instruments or gadgets to ease their shopping spree while buying from online that may be an e-commerce site, may be a shops or superstore site, may be a service provider app or a banking facilities!

Remember what they have in 100% with all facilities that we have (in Bangladesh) 60%-70% of them but the way of using and utilisation might vary!

A person in Qatar or in London just push the phone buttons enters card or voucher or use any of online payment wallet instantly buy the product /service!

A person in Dhaka in case of eCommerce buying take the phone to dial to open the gateway of card and performs many security  checks, then receive a credit limit how much he can spend to buy from online.

So here comes the buying decision!

When you make a buying decisions online, some instantly. 

Sales Funnel is a journey while selling an online product/service and Purchase Funnel is a journey of  a buyer, while taking the final buying decision.

Sales funnel has some stages as below:

Prospecting. Through ads, public relations, and other promotional activities, potential customers discover that your business exists. 

Lead qualification.

Demo or meeting.

Proposal.

Negotiation and commitment

We shall focus on purchase funnel, as we are discussing on online buying decision. An online prospective buyer takes some measurements throughout his buying journey mostly it happens within a minute or two. A long journey sometimes declines towards decision making. So steps a buyer takes  during his decision making of purchasing an online buy to accomplish! This is actually called "Purchase Funnel"

 As a business owner,  online seller or ecommerce owner- you had have a journey too..

Advertising, prospecting, CPC, boosting, TVC and social marketing steps! 

So now you finally able to convert leads towards customers and those customers play some roles before they buy!

Awareness : You are well aware about the product /service  you gonna buy in a while. You know about the buyer, know about the place, know about the price  and product.

Interests: You got a mind and a heart that provoke you to buy! Grown your interests toward buying the same!

Decision: Before making your decision, you had already have a journey to accumulate your thoughts & reaching out to a buy decision!

 Action: Halt!  Now you gonna take the action of finalizing the buy! Have you recalled all above steps!
